Refund & Payment Policy

Refunds
Payments for services are generally non-refundable once work has begun. However, if services cannot be provided as agreed (for example, if Services Roatan is unable to deliver the contracted service), a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
Cancellations
You may request to cancel a service before it has started. If approved, you may receive a full refund. Cancellations made after a service has started are not eligible for a refund unless otherwise stated in writing.
